Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating has the capacity, skill and knowledge to make significant contributions to any LEED project. Co-owner, Dale Maples, is a LEED AP.
LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies intended to improve performance. The areas of measured performance include:

LEED is intended to provide building owners and operators a concise framework for indentifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.
Wayne Maples Plumbing & Heating has assisted contractors and developers in the pursuit and qualification for Water Efficiency (WE) and Energy and Atmosphere (EA) LEED credits.
