To Mapleservice, you guys are awesome.  No doubt, our problem was a toughy.  But everyone from Steven in the office, to the plumbers Gary and Patrick you all worked hard to solve a difficult problem.  The best part is that you kept us well informed all through the process.  And its great having hot water!
